 מנהל תפעול אלביט לכל מען דבעי אבי אלטמן עבד בפניציה תעשיות זכוכית שטוחה כמנהל ה-EHS של המפעל בין השנים 2015-2016. במהלך תקופה זו אבי הוביל והטמיע את כל תחום ה EHS במפעל, לקח חלק פעיל בהובלת חקרי עומק תוך ירידה לפרטים בכל תחומי הבטיחות וסביבה במפעל, הובלת הדרכות בטיחות לכלל עובדי המפעל וכן להנהלה הבכירה וריכוז ימי עיון בנושאי EHS. אבי ליווה באופן פעיל תכנוני משימה רבים ומורכבים מהיבט הבטיחות ונתן את הדגשים שלו. אבי עבד במקצועיות גבוהה מאוד ומתוך שליחות למקצוע ואופיין בחוסר פשרות וחתירה למקצוענות של הצוותים בכל הנוגע לעבודה ומשימות בקו (יש לציין שבמפעלי זכוכית בפרט ישנן המון משימות בכל יום היות ואופי המפעל מצריך עבודה מסביב לשעון בסביבה עבודה חמה מאוד ומסוכנת ועל העובדים לתכנן כל משימה ומשימה שכזו), בנוסף ישנה תנועה רבה של מלגזות והרבה אנשים שעובדים בו זמנית באותם האזורים. כמנהל תפעול תמיד סמכתי על אבי שייתן את הדגשים שלו לפני כל משימה חשובה ואף משימה לא בוצעה טרם חוות דעתו ואישורו של אבי כמנהל ה-EHS. אני סמוך ובטוח שכל מי שישתמש בשרותיו של אבי ירוויח איש מקצוע מהמעלה הראשונה, תמיד נכון לעזור ולשפר כל ארגון/סביבה אליה הוא יגיע. בברכה מעין דוידזון

 April 12, 2015, Avi was senior to Rafi but didn’t manage directly had the most pleasure time working with Avi while he operated as company EHS Manager at Omrix. Avi's responsibilities were across all Omrix sites on EHS aspects leading and managing activities and global JNJ EHS programs such as MARRS and more... A professional person on EHS and operational aspects directed his different staff to meet company & department goals with professionalism, integrity and favorable spirit. Avi has very good human relations skills and it was a real personal pleasure working with him on activities I was responsible at Omrix
