 Elbit Operations Manager Avi Altman worked at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries as the plant's EHS Manager between 2015 and 2016. During this period, Avi led and implemented the entire EHS area at the plant, took an active part in leading in-depth studies while going into detail in all areas of safety and the environment at the plant, leading safety training for all plant employees as well as senior management, and coordinating seminars on EHS issues. Avi actively accompanied many complex mission plans from the safety aspect and gave his own highlights. Avi's responsibilities were across all Omrix sites on EHS aspects leading and managing activities and global JNJ EHS programs such as MARRS and more ... A professional person on EHS and operational aspects directed his different staff to meet company & department goals with professionalism, integrity and favorable spirit.
